Join us at the Woburn Holiday Inn, just north of Boston, on Columbus Day weekend — October 8th-10th, 2010 — for three nights of concerts with circus arts, dancing, and theatrical fun in between.
Where: Woburn Holiday Inn, near Boston, MA (15 Middlesex Canal Park Dr, Woburn, MA 01801)
When: Columbus Day Weekend – October 8th, 9th and 10th, 2010 (that’s three nights of music: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, plus daytime activities on Saturday and Sunday.)
Tickets: $45 weekend passes are available until September 8th, 2010 (prices will gradually rise to $55, leading up to the event, so get your tickets early!)
Rooms: $110 per night at the Woburn Holiday Inn (includes free shuttle service from the nearest train station — double rooms are limited, so book your rooms right away! Also, hotel rooms must be reserved by September 8th in order to qualify for this discounted rate. NOTE: Many people are experiencing difficulty using the online reservation system – note that the group code is STR, and that the bug in their system often resolves itself on the second try. - Gypsy Nomads – Gypsy Celtic Cabaret with tribal and punk elements and an undercurrent of the mystickal

- Special Guest: Catherynne M. Valente, award-winning author of Palimpsest, the Orphan’s Tales, and The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland In A Ship Of Her Own Making.
- Circus performers, dancers, and other sorts of strowler entertainment between concerts and throughout the event
- ~1000 square feet dedicated to a Maker Showcase, featuring inventors and tinkerers and artists that work in physical, touchable media, as well as traditional art media
- workshops and panels relevant to strowlers of all sorts, including vocal workshops, Maker classes, drumming lessons, poi spinning tutorials, improv practice, and more
- Meet the VIP sessions where you can get to know our Guests of Honor and the featured performers
- A 10/10/10 10:10:10 celebration on Sunday morning – a light-hearted variation on celebrating the turning of the clocks
We have more in the works that we cannot yet announce, but expect further details on additional entertainment, the Maker Showcase (ie. better than an Art Show), and a list of daytime workshops and panels.
