We are seeking event sponsors on several levels. Your local or regional business can benefit from exposure to the members of this developing community. At this time, we are expecting approximately 400-600 attendees for this event over the weekend.

$50 Basic sponsorship

$100 Full sponsorship

• Graphic link in sponsors section of event site
• Graphic logo in event program
• Includes one weekend event pass with special “Event Sponsor” badge

$250 Priority sponsorship

• Prioritized graphic link on website
• Prioritized Graphic logo in event program
• Includes one weekend event pass with special “Event Sponsor” badge
• Includes banner space in the main event foyer (banner must be provided, installed, and removed by sponsor)

$500 Featured sponsorship

• Prioritized graphic link on website
• Prioritized Graphic logo in event program
• Includes two weekend event passes with special “Event Sponsor” badges
• Includes table and/or space in the main event foyer and/or vendor’s area (at sponsor’s choice)
• Includes visual “slide” in video projected Sponsors Slide Show during “setup” and “stand-by” periods of the event

$1000 Headlining sponsorship

• Prioritized graphic link on website
• Prioritized Graphic logo in event program
• Declaration of sponsorship as headline item on the majority of promotional materials for event, including website, event program, tickets, and in announcements of the event
• Includes four weekend event passes with special “VIP” and “Event Sponsor” badges
• Includes table and/or space in the main event foyer and/or vendor’s area (at sponsor’s choice)

• $50 – business-card sized B&W advertisement in event program
• $50 – visual “slide” in video projected sponsors slide show during “setup” and “stand-by” periods of the event
• $250 – (per minute) full-motion video projection presentation w/ audio on main screen during transitional periods of the event
